This draft explains how Invoice Dashboard is intended to handle information when you connect a Gmail account.

Information we access

The application will request the minimum Gmail permissions required to identify and retrieve messages and attachments that contain received electronic invoices. It will not request your Gmail password.

How information is used

Invoice XML, Hacienda response XML, related metadata, and permitted compressed attachments are used to organize received documents and produce supplier and purchasing analytics.

Storage and deletion

Production retention, encryption, deletion, and account-disconnection procedures will be finalized before public launch. Users will be able to revoke Google access from their Google Account.
